Staff practice is essential to delivering high quality youth development programming. But how can we effectively support staff to develop skills, reach goals and improve overall program quality? Especially when many programs struggle with limited time and financial resources. In this session, the University of Washington will share findings from a two-year research study that examined the impacts of engaging staff in a continuous quality improvement cycle through coaching and its impacts on program quality and participant engagement.
