There are many types of partnerships in this field of work; partnerships range from broad collective impact efforts with many players to those that focus on smaller community services networks with fewer members. All have ebbs and flows in the level of participation and ownership of the work. Distributive responsibility for implementation is difficult to develop and maintain. Commitment to the common agenda can waver. This workshop will focus on concrete strategies to create strong partnerships and to sustain them over time. Leaders from Palm Beach County’s Birth to 22 Coalition will engage participants in a discussion of successful strategies and ongoing challenges.
