Are you interested in creating a sustainability plan but not sure where to start? Join this session to explore and practice with tools to design a collaborative sustainability planning process. Participants will walk away with a few ideas on how to sustain programs. More importantly, they’ll have a better sense of how to facilitate a process that critically examines the many facets that impact sustainability related to the program, organizational and community, and policy and funding context – and results in actionable strategies in each area. The sustainability planning tools are a part of The Wallace Foundation’s NEW Summer Learning Toolkit, a free online resource that features more than 50 practical, adaptable tools and planning resources based on the work of five school districts and their citywide partners.
