The power to transform a network of OST providers to a system aligned around the common agenda of promoting quality lies within every network. Leaders from the Itasca Networks for Youth, located in rural Minnesota, will share how they’ve used the power of convening to transform their network to a robust system that works together to promote quality and make good things happen for young people across the region. Workshop presenters will share their experiences and successes of the 10-year process that has created a strong, dynamic, youth-focused network that embraces a continuous quality improvement model to ensure powerful outcomes for young people.
